How do you make circular design feel less like a theory and more like a movement?
Sustainability is often treated as an afterthought—MOLD wanted to make it the starting point. Not another makerspace, but a hub for experimentation, collaboration, and hands-on innovation. A space where people don’t just talk about change—they create it.
MOLD’s visual identity was inspired by Centre Pompidou in France—a space that flipped traditional architecture inside out, making the process just as visible as the outcome. This idea shaped the foundation of MOLD’s design—bold, adaptable, and built for those who think beyond convention.
The brand takes on a mid-century color palette—timeless, but far from predictable. Experimental typography challenges the expected norms of what an institution should look like. And at the core? The O—a space left open, a place for ideas, collaborations, and the evolving nature of circular design itself.
MOLD isn’t about rigid rules or static solutions. It’s about creating with people, not just for them.
